2) We do not take any responsibility on the material(s) that you view when using Image Browser. Use Image Browser at your own risk.
3) You are not authorized to make any modifications to Image Browser. The program has to be the way it is. You are NOT authorized to decompile the program.
4) You are not authorized to sell this product in *ANY* way without permission from the AUTHOR.
5) You have permission to post Image Browser on your website (as long as your site does not include adult material or any illegal sources of any kind). Also, Image Browser has to be AS IS, without any additions, modifications, removements.
6) We (Uticasoft) have the right to change the license and pricing of Image Browser at any time without notice.
7) We (Uticasoft) are not responsible for ANY loss of data.
8) We (Uticasoft) have the right to modify this license agreement without ANY notification.
9) Image Browser is SHAREWARE and needs to be registered after 40 runs. Any school/company/business or any other commercial industry that wants to use Image Browser must purchase a Business License. Personal users (home users) need to purchase the Personal License. For Business users, one purchase is enough for unlimited installs within the company/school/business. For Personal users, one purchase is enough for unlimited installs within the home.
